17 and wondering..

I met a girl from work who is 22 and im 17, i will be turning 18 in 4 weeks and she tells me shes gonna take me out to some clubs and bars when I turn 18*
and she is a pretty nice girl who is very attractive!
but im sorta interested in her and she tells me when i say: you liek me dont you she says: yes i do like you*
and at work she flirts with me, she winks at me and always says Hi when we pass each other and she talks to me when we are online at the same time.. and we try to take breaks and lunches together, usually she asks me when im taking my break and I always tell her when Im taking mine and I tell her to come get me so we can go together..
but since im 17 what do you think a 22 year old probably thinks of me>? do i stand a chance? and how do I keep her interest level high so when I do turn 18 things can start to happen? she thinks im good looking and has touched my chest to see hwo big my muscles were and my arms a few times and touched my leg a few times because I touched her pants because she wanted me to fill them..
im not trying ot come off as needie or desperate because ive read the manual and i am applying those practices..

my last g/f treated me badly and still tells me she is confused so I have just cut all contact of her.. she was a great girl until she started her "im confused and want to party crap" so instead of getting hurt Im just walking away because this new girl treats me very well and is hott...

yeah but see thats where i get confused, she has a guy model who has an Il in her and she use ot be a model a year ago so they have some stuff in common but we were talking yesterday and she told me she wasnt gonna talk to him because she wanted to hook up with me and then today I asked her if he called and she said Yes and she wanted to talk to me later about what he said and what she was thinking*

im not sure why im using age as an excuse not to be with her, becuase I do liek her but she always says: i cant wiat til your 18*
so i wont feel like im child malesting..
what do you guys think? and what woudl you guys say/do if you were me?
im susposed ot go shopping today where we work, she told me to come see her if she isnt busy.. so i prolly will but i wont stay long and make her laugh like I always do so i will make her wonder what Im thining...
