Im 15 and ive been going to the gym for 3 years and i havnt seen massive results but ive seen some and im not impressed, can someone give me a fat burning and muscle building full body workout routine?

Number 1: you're only 15. Testosterone is a huge factor in growth. You started when you were 12?
The simple reality is young teens don't get big muscles.

Right now just set and maintain nice base of conditioning and eat a good diet.

By the time you're twenty you should be pretty extreme.

I found out it's all about eating the right amount of the right stuff and drinking a lot of water and sleeping... and when ur in the gym hit the compounds. takes at least a month to see any even noticeable results. after a few though of doing the right thing you'll definitely see them
