Just graduated from college, got lazy so didn't make it to the gym so much, in fact rarely, plus back into the habit of eating junk food again, THANK GOODNESS all I gained was about 20-25 pounds. I am 6'2 225(probably add about 2-3 pounds cause its on the warehouse scale at work, and I wear steal toe boots, it is exact weight, not 5lb increments like most warehouse scales so 222 - 223lb)

I'm kinda surprised though cause I eat cookies a couple times a week, and have gas station hit dogs a few times a week too. However aside from that I don't eat much, something to settle my stomach before the gym, then I do 40 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of the stair master. I do that twice a week and 40 minutes of stairmaster twice a week. I'm changing it to all 4 days weights and stairmaster 40 on weights 30 on stairmaster.

Just got me two 5 pounds cans of protein as well, I did take protein after weights, but am gonna start doing it both pre and post. I'm also gonna cut out the damn gas station hot dogs and **** too. I'll post results.

Keep in mind I'm also a bigger build anyway, so my weight isn't bad.

What ya'll think? Don't wanna get fat again, I was 300lb from 2000-2009, and graduated high school in 98 at about 250.
