"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

11 year old girl's break-up text APPLAUDED by the stupid media

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It's incredibly stupid but oddly enough it made me laugh. Proof that the crazy starts from a young age.

She's not being lauded... except by some failure of a writer who works for that site. The unfortunate part is the writer succeeded in making you think his/her opinion even mattered. Ah, the illusionary credibility of "the media."

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Well, if we're going to break this one down....

I don't feel there's anything wrong with how she broke up her boyfriend. The person that was in the wrong here was the sister for posting the private breakup texts online.

Then....at first, and rightfully so, she was embarrassed to have her private texts online. It was only when she started getting attention and praise did she do a 180 and revel in her new-found popularity. Can you blame an 11 year old?

The grooming of a future attention *****.

This is an 11 year old girl. This isn't real love. This isn't a real relationship. These are kids experimenting with infatuation. Why is this 5hit even being posted on the internet? Why are people reading and responding to this 5hit? It starts getting real around age 15 or so after puberty hits, boobs grow, girls get their periods, and dudes wake up with their d1ck stuck to the sheets.

This girl should go back to playing with her Barbies.

Let's see what happens when the 11yo boy dumps some chick "I'm breaking up with you because I saw you kiss Billy on the playground. And Tim after school. And Scott during gym class. Don't be such a ho.." I doubt he would be such a star...
