"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey guys, I joined this site about this time last year. After logging in and reading the more useful posts, I stopped visiting this board, because I felt like it was time to put matters into my own hands. I recently came back because I am home for christmas break, and I have a few spare days in which I just sit back and relax.

I was looking through some old pictures of myself, and found one around the same time last year. I believe it was taken on the 23rd of December of 2009, so it isn't too far off. This is what I used to look like

BEFORE:

AFTER:

I realize that I'm skinny, so I've recently started bulking like a mofo, and I just started hitting the gym up, looking to get my weight up from 147 ---> 165 by the end of the semester. I remember coming to this with absolutely no social skills, no girls in my life, pretty much the epitome of AFC. I played CS:S like a pro though, sadly I don't think I'll ever regain that skill :(. Right now I am juggling 3 girls, my social life has skyrocketed, and I'm overall a much much happier person. The way I think drastically changed, as did the way I act.

Thought you guys might enjoy seeing how the material in this site can actually change people. Cheers!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Before: What did you do with the cute wee little boy, lol?

After: Hmmm,, I think you should get shirts with more patterns (go to Macys and see) but I do like that V neck. Nothing to wrong with your body but if you wanna work out it's a plus too.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Love the before pic man! Totally had an urge to come through the computer screen and give that nerd a weggie!!!

Good transformation so far, but remember its something you'll be working on for the rest of your life. Nice choice on wanting to bulk... the world is quite a different place when you're physically elite. A great way to keep track of your progress is to start an online workout log/journal.... lotsa guys keep one in the H and F forum. You can get feedback there and its a great way to see where you came from.

Keep it up!

You're so gay.

Seriously. G A Y.
Tah! I've been saying this for months

  • The American men bashing
  • The winston Wu videos
  • The "no 10's in america"
  • The continuous talk about feminzation

I mean this guy is a closet homo,

On a positive note great job to the OP for stepping his game up

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Amazing transformation mate!!!

And you are only young, so have much more time to become the best man you can be.

That's the benefit of before and after pics, since it really highlights the changes that occur. Otherwise, since you see yourself daily and each change per day is only minor, you can tend to forget what you used to look like.

I recently saw a pic of me 10 years ago (when I finished high school) and that has given me renewed emphasis to keep up with my own self improvement program.

PS - Big Jimbo - I suspect you may actually really be a 16yo Asian girl, but regardless, your posts crack me up. Keep up the good work!

Wow, what a big change one year can make.

In the picture before, you see a young man who does not see his potential. In the after picture, you see a man who knows his potential...and has gone after it as a man does.

Audiophile, mad props to you. If you can achieve that change in one year, think about how great of a life you have ahead for yourself.

Embrace it!

Aging to adulthood is an exciting process, including the extra weight and maturity provided by going from 17 to 18. That being said, I'm not sure the credit should go to SS or your gym work. It was probably 75+% maturing, 25% or less your gym work. Just being real.
