"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

last night i went out to some bars with some friends.

i didn't approach one girl. WTF is wrong with me. i just say there and got drunk. when we was sitting down at a table all i cared about was getting high because, i KNEW i wasn't approaching girls. i could see there everywhere.. i even saw some that looked like my " 10" but no. i just sat there, while my insides ate me whole.

I feel like giving up on the game, but i KNOW it has helped me become a more confident person. it's not like i HAVEN'T talk to girls before. i used to do it with a wing of mine. i must have at least talked to 50 girls before i stopped. ( I left for wales. wtf? )

I am improving myself. i am getting my back fixed ( it's stuffed) i am going to get my teeth done too soon. i am also in school studding something i Love. but something inside me just says "NO. it's not cool to go say hello to that girl"

how the fook do i get over this? i can't just wait till something falls in my lap then marry it. that's so fooked up i can't even going to begin. but it looks like what's going to happen.

i can feel this " no " feeling deep in my chest. all it dose is feed me " no" all day long. so i never do it. i pretty much have done everything i can do... but Approach.

how do i change this?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Build you social circle. I don't do cold approaches. My game is all social since I'm in college. Work, school, etc. It's easier to land them since you're a familiar face.

most of my high school friends are chodes and idiots. ( i found that out last night)

so of my other friends are always on acid and messy as ****! one 2 sister won't meet up with me after 100 messages asking to catch up.

and i just been away to wales for 7 months. that doesn't help either.

Build a new circle. I have multiple circles. Different friends for different reasons. I have friends I just go bar hopping with. Friends from childhood that are more like brothers at this point. Friends from my new school who never saw me in my afc days so they think i'm this real cool dude and don't know half of the pathetic beta **** I used to do. Everywhere I go I try to make new circles. Most of these circles don't overlap; meaning most of my new friends have never met each other, which works in case I have a falling out with one of them, I don't lose my entire circle, just one of many. You should always be looking to branch out and make a name for yourself.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
