There's been so much talk about how us guys should not worry when we fail. We should forget about it and go on with our lives. We should keep on talking and flirting with other girls. Because if we keep on hanging on to that girl that rejected us, we'll be like dogs on a leach.

Well this is just another thread to remind you guys of one more reason that noone else really talks about or thinks about.

This my friends, is PMS (pre-mentral stress) . For the people that don't know, PMS is the reason girls use tampons. PMS is the reason girls use panty liners. PMS is the reason why girls use pads. AND PMS is the reason why girls say "**** you" when you try to be ****y.

When you do meet a girl on her unlucky day, tone down the ****yness. If you can, don't make contact with her for these series of days. PMS can last for 4 days (give or take). Not to mention when she does PMS and you get her pissed shell start b1tching and your confidence level will drop.


Simple signs of PMS are:
-Her getting pissed at the smallest things
-A nice girl saying "f*ck you"
-If she goes to the washroom a lot or for a long time (And NO, dont stalk her or record when she goes)


So guys! Don't mess with a girl when she's PMS'n. But on every other day when she's not, USE C&F ON HER AND BE THE ALPHA MALE SHE WANTS YOU TO BE!!!

This is very bad advice.

When a girl is being b!tchy for PMS or whatever other reason, DO NOT TONE DOWN THE C&F. This is playing into her frame -- you're allowing her actions to dictate what you do. This is beta male, unattractive behavior.

I'm not a big advocate of C&F, but when a girl is mildly b!tchy, its a good way to deal with it. If you can playfully bust on her and make it clear that you're not going to cater to her bad mood, then she'll love you for it.

yeah I'm sorry but this advice isn't worth much more than the bandwidth it wasted. Having regularly interacted with women for years I can truthfully say that the ones claiming PMS for an excuse are lying through their teeth. Do Not supplicate for nonsense like this.

Actually I'm glad you brought this up though. I cannot tell you how many friends I have who allow this to happen to them. Truth be told that despite monthly hormonal fluctations the woman that you are with knows exactly what she can get away with and what will falter. At best this may be a test early on. If this is a test than for the love of god stand your guard. I cannot begin to imagine how many guys are put through hell for a week a month that is blamed on PMS. Yeah that week of hell every month is YOUR OWN FAULT.

Paraphrase: PMS is quite possibly the worst excuse ever. Do not take it as valid. I haven't actually had a girl tell me this since I was 18, oddly enough that is when I actually realized that it was bull**** anyways.

I wont totally disagree that this isn't bad advice after ive really thought about it...tho im referring to girls in high-school bcuz im in highschool and some girl told me that she was pmsin so ill know if she gets mad at me.

I was trying to be mildy funny and jus chat with her and she said
She: "i dun want to argue"
Me: "I thought you might have gotten used to it"
She: "F1ck you"

I was quite surprised cuz she nvr says **** you to me before...and i know shes not lying about her pms.

Then when i talked to her again, she said were you purposly trying to get me mad cuz every other guy purposly tries to get me mad when i pms. Thats what she said.

Oh yeah....i was/am being nice when girls pms cuz i normally lay on the ****y and teasin pretty harsh

So yeah, again, i agree with you that you shouldnt seem too much of a wussy but its jus every other guy gets the girl mad when she pms's whether the guy does it intentionally or unintentionally.

Either way this is basic bible material:


1. Avoid her like the plague when she is in a bad mood.
Think about it... why would you want to talk to a pissed off girl?
Forget about the PMS... you should always do this. Her PMS-ing will only get you in a bad state of mind.

I'm guessin here, but i think you saw her in a bad mood but you still wanted to get with her. Am i right? So you tried to use c&f... bad idea.

2. Never use C&F with emotionally unstable people. They have a tendency to blow up. They can't take it. Personally i think C&F only works on mature girls. You have to get a feel for it, and figure out when to use it. Crazy white girls with emotional problems will go total pycho-biznitch on your ass... much like this girl did.

I rarely use C&F anymore on these types of girls:

a. because of the backlash that i usually encounter.
It makes you look like a real ******* especially if you're good looking.
(and her AFC buddies will be there to back her up... it will turn into an allout feminist bashfest)

b. If they're that emotionally unstable that they can't take a simple joke... imagine having her around constantly and putting up with that.

If you insist on laying them, act indifferent to their constant negative comments, and put a positive spin on em. Make sure you're always doin something more fun then she is... and tell her about it!! You know you've got it when she keeps asking you how your weekend was and what you did. When you got her hooked, ask her to hang out. Make it up if you can get away with it, and try to overexagerate how much fun you have. (AFCs usually make it sound like a drag cuz thy're always BORED and looking for something to do like stalking... )

REMEBER you're always havin a blast!!
No matter what.

2. When she gets mad at you, never give in to her and apologize, unless it was something REALLY bad like killing her cat. The first time i tried this i couldn't believe how well it worked.
Make sure you keep her in your frame of mind not hers. If you communicate to her with confidence that it was her fault for over reacting, you'll win her little power game....

and here's the best part:

She'll appologize to you.

I think that when we're AFCs,
we have such low self esteem that

3. If she told you to **** off, make sure you let her know that you won't tolerate that. Don't go running into her arms the next minute you see her...

This isn't any different than those dumb girls that keep goin back to their jerk bf that abuses them.

If the girl has PMS, it's HER responsibility to DECLINE a date offer during that time. Her cycle is HER problem...if she can't control her attitude during that time, then she shouldn't be dating you.

Just like you want to make a good impression on HER, SHE should want to make a good impression on YOU, so she should DECLINE a date offer on a night when she's cranky and bleeding out her vag!na.

Ok well ive talked to quite a lotta girls about PMS lol and they say its uncontrollable....no girl can control her PMS, when they have it...theyll get ticked off more easily and swear

Secondly my original post said that when girls DO pms, avoid her so that you arent on her bad side (so she inherites good thoughts with you)

And lastly, i didnt was sry to her at all....i ignored her a bit and she was the one that started a conversation with me saying that she was sorry....the way i acted toward her when she was apologizin was...ok w/e...but i SHOULD'VE increased the apologizes

so now at least i know 1 thing...when girls apologize, make it a big deal
