You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Scoobys workouts main excersise is the pullup.
Al good programs are going to be focused around on of these excersises- in no particular order: Deadlift, squat, shoulder press and pullup. If the program isn't focused around a variation of those four lifts, it's not worth doing. Your program is focused on pullups, but you don't do them. Thus your program is useless.
The best programs (imo) rotate between three different days, each focusing on one of those lifts. One day intense, one moderate and one moderate/easy. Then the next cycle/month, the three lifts are rotated. Example:
Cycle a:
Intense: Deadlift
Moderate: Shoulder Press
Easy: Pullup
Cycle/month b: Intense: Shoulder press
Moderate: Pullup
Easy: Squat
C: Intense: Pullup
Moderate: Squat
Easy: Deadlift
Except that's must the simplest way to rotate, not the best. The best is to usually have the legs in the moderate/intense range with the occasional easy to rest them and to have pullups on as much as possible. You also vary the excersises, so chinups switch for pullups every now and again and front squats change for back squats, etc.
Also, easy day isn't actually easy. It's just higher rep so you're less likely to die.

It sounds extremely awesome, esp. for bdancing. A lot of breakdancing is based on momentum vs strength, if you look up a gymnast flare vs a bboying flare you'll see the difference. But doing these exercises could make me strong enough to do some powermoves.. :crazy:

You need parallel bars or at least dip bars too. School might let you, just ask the PE department. Otherwise just find a gymnastics gym and see if you can pay for membership without lessons or something. Or use one of those outdoor parks.

I won't be able to get a membership anytime soon. But I do remember seeing some pullup bars at a park, i'll try that.
Today I danced to earthquakey people by steve aoki in an asian heritage festival. I messed up near the end, and it was a really short set, but I felt great afterwards knowing i could go up there. Good confidence builder. I think my moves right now are pretty good but I am bad at tying them together without crashing/messing up. I know what to work on.

My so-called friend DHV'ed me the second time today when we were with a group of buds. I need new friends. This guy is a total loser. His attitude of not giving a **** about anything means he is a lazy, talentless dude with bad grades. All he ever talks about is girls, altho he's only had one gf in his entire life. He's always negative and hating on people and their clothing. The only reason he was my friend is cause i had no real friends freshman year. A lack of confidence, poor clothing, and playing vidya games all day wrecked my rep. I'm on better terms this year, and I'm meeting some new people. Still no luck with ladies though. There's this one semi-attractive chick, maybe a 6-7, who is interested in me for sure, but i don't think i ask her to the next dance because she could bring my rep down. I don't really know her either.

LOL you don't know what DHV means. Sounds like you're being a **** about this. This site is about making yourself better, not about making your friends sound worse than you. He's doing the best he can, I'm sure he has enough problems without you turning on him. Talentless, lazy people usually have lots of problems. I also have self-esteem issues. I had very serious issues before high school, but I still have them. As long as you progress, you'll be alright. Asian parents tend to teach their kids to be shy. It's not always the case, but it often is.
Just go ask a girl. Just DO it. Once you pull the trigger, no matter if you fail or succeed, you always feel good after you did what you had to do. You never regret action. I did it and I failed, but I just feel a lot better about myself because I did it. She was the prettiest girl of the class (to my eyes and to my friend's eyes probably), and I was the only one that had the guts to ask her out. I felt amazing after I did what I had to do.
Oh, and about your ******* *friend*. Tell yourself one thing : you're better alone by yourself than in bad company. I think you're still friends with him because you're not really sure with who to hang out with, or you don't have true friends at your school with who you can feel safe with. Just love life, talk to anybody and people will come to you. Do not disrespect anybody, even if they disrespect you because it will just become worse. Someone that is kind of my friend does that, and nobody likes him. Even if he's kind with people that are kind with him, he'll always take a joke personally and hate back. Don't hate and people won't hate. Be light-hearted about things. Anyway, if I were you, I would ditch this friend immediately. I don't know him personally, but he doesn't seem like a reliable friend.
And stop caring about reputation! I still do sometimes, but I'm trying to forget about it. I realized that the days I just don't care who's popular or not, I'm just not intimidated by anybody.
