Hi guys, I'm AB. I love to breakdance. :)
I live in on the West Coast, USA. Fifteen.
Here's a journal with my workouts and approaches and ****. Except there may not be a lot of the latter for a while cause I need to work hard on bringing up my grades. :yes:

I've just started yesterday working on scoobys teen workout. No pull up bar and I couldn't find a bench lol. So here's what I did:

pushups 3x8
db flys 3x8
db press 3x8
crunches 3x8
tricep kickbacks 3x8
bicep curls 1x8 :(

Hoping to have a kick-ass party at the end of this semester if my grades get back up. But don't really know where to start zz.

EDIT: Also, for scoob's exercises, is it best to do one set of pushups, one set of flys, then one set of presses with no rest in between, rest a bit then repeat x2?

Just breakdancing, although i should probably work on that. I'm gonna try to do it w/o breaks cause scoob says no rest. Though when I used to workout at a gym i remember my trainer telling me a minute rest between sets.

That's so cool because I'm asian and I love to breakdance too! it helped me with my confidence and it gave me abs. How long have you been breakdancing and doing PU?

Breakdancing is cool as hell.

I got into dance to show it off though, which unfortunately never works. There are too many guys who think they'll be cool if they learn to freestyle or breakdance. Now the rest of us have to deal with this slight skepticism, sort of a "You trying to be cool with this?" vibe off certain people. But if you're already a cool person, it just makes you cooler.

Damn, I've always wanted to learn to dance (and freerun)! Breakdance, ballroom dance, even ballet. Dancing seems so damn majestic. How did you go about learning to breakdance?

I'd suggest a gymnast routine or maybe even just Starting Strength at the onset. It'll build some major strength, which never hurts in sports like dance (and if you want, it'll pack some mass for the ladies ;)).

Gymnast routine :) It's what I usually rely on, Google Gymnastic Bodies and you'll find everything you want. Starting Strength is also a very good program from what I've heard, from my knowledge but I have never actually done it. But gymnastics is the best. Especially for building that strength-weight ratio that is important in dancing/gymnastics/martial arts.

I'll reply to y'all later. But for now, just wanna update a little. Been talking to a friend of my friend. She's maybe a hb 7 or 8, she's definitely shown interest but it's a little awkward for me since i'm hesitant to respond and flirt. she's just really nice and when i do flirt she responds not very sexually..
Didn't workout today. too tired from school. haha.

I guess these weight values are pretty low. But i do struggle with db flys at 15. I'm pretty weak. I get literally no sleep cause i have so much work and i procrastinate. tryna fix that.

These sentences don't work together for me. How are you spending all your time?

Procrastinating is not being busy. Finishing your work is being busy, but I expect that you wouldn't be busy for as long as you think.

I'm a hypocrite, but being busy isn't an excuse for not getting the basics done. Get your work done asap, and get to sleep. Suddenly you will find time for breakdancing and girls.

I have to start working out too, and so more breakdancing. I'm feeling lazy these days! And lazyness at everything kills. If you don't do your homeworks on time and you do them later at night, you'll get less sleep, less energy to workout, less time to do meditation, less time to read, and so on. I have this problem too of procrastinating and wasting time checking the forum instead of doing what I'm supposed to do... It will become a habit to do your work as soon as you can. You will save a lot of time and be more productive.

I'm leaving to do some work, hehe.

If kgs, then thats very good.

In fact, your flies are way high compared to your other lifts.

Your flies are insane.

Don't do them. Or curls. Or kickbacks. Or crunches.

I'm not going to dissect every lift, but essentially they're what chicks at Curves do. Go do some squats, deads, shoulder presses, pullups and Building the Gymnastics Body. Specially the last.

I found a torrent for building the gymnastics body and i'll check it out.
Right now everything just ****ing sucks. There's a girl i tried to talk to at the beginning of the year last year and i left her with a horrible impression. its ok when we are around friends, but when i try to talk to her one on one it just ****ing sucks. Looking back, the way i approached her was desperate and lame, but still.. she put her ****ing headphones back in after replying to me. I should have called her out and told her to take them the **** out but this has happened twice and im just flustered. i think a problem may be that i keep trying to small talk.. maybe its my lack of sleep for the week, but recently ive been feeling a lot more depressed and self-conscious.

my grades are dropping, i haven't worked out in a long time, and have no social life whatsoever. only good thing is i'm becoming friends with the indie people of my school. they are really funny guys. also, the girl is part of said group.

Your happiness is determined by that girl? Sucks that she'll never love you, guess your life is over.

And those last two things are your own damn fault. Get to work.

Keep it up. Make us asians look good because we aren't all geek AFCs. You gotta have options. There are many girls out there. Start talking to any girls and practice even if they are ugly. You will be a lot less depressed since you have girls in your life and you will be less needy. You are NOT your results so stop caring about them. Assume attraction.

I was exhausted today after taking an exam and I failed a **** test.. this girl told me move my **** away from her, jokingly, and i did it lool. whatever. and also, today i realized something. I'm still afraid of talking about stuff like sex and porn. i was talking with a chick today and we were joking about porn and she asked me what my top five sites were. i couldn't tell if she was being serious or not so i made a lame ass joke and kinda skipped over the subject. Anyway, i need to demand more respect from these *****es.. a combination of sleep depravation and a sense of depression from my grades is really killing my confidence though. i totally bombed today's spanish test even though i tried to cram study last night. messing up like that always kills my mood.
