“Lemon & Asparagus, Hemp Seed-Egg Melt”

This is how it’s done

Put fresh asparagus in medium cooking pot
Add 1 tablespoon of water
Add 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Bring to boil
Add 2 tablespoons kidney beans
Bring back to boil
Add 4 eggs on top (and don’t scramble)
Bring to boil
Add 2 tablespoons crushed hemp seeds on top
Let cook 2-3 minutes

now it’s ready
Eat it while it’s still hot
Serve in a bowl with a fork and spoon
Garnish with 1-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice on top
