Ok, I've decided to go no fap and just see what it brings to me for my life as well as give me a goal to aim towards on my step towards improvement. You may ask why I'm doing a journal for this or why is this not in the DJ Discussion section.
Basically I don't think a journal about fapping or in this case not warrants attention that much and when I update this sporadically I don't want to clog up that section so I figure Anything Else is kinda harmless so it'll go here unless the mods think otherwise of course.

As for making a journal of this, it won't be a day by day update except perhaps early on so I can have you guys for support (no homo ;) ) and in reality it's for my benefit to be held accountable and finally to put down my feelings and what I feel from it as and when it occurs in the hope that others may find it interesting when reading as there isn't anything else that I can see currently on SS like this but also to inspire them to do the same.
If I succumb I start from zilch, first aim is 1 month.

So yeah, I've knuckle shuffled the last one out for quite some time now hopefully.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Nothing to report really, not feeling a need to w@nk but it's only been a day so far so I'm sure it'll hit home in the coming days.
I'm working later so won't have any excuse to knuckle shuffle. Will post back in a couple days.

Still going strong here 6 days in, couple of observations to make however.

1. I feel calmer, if a situation arises that pisses me off then I find myself taking the time to think things through and act rationally (this could be temporary due to reduced T in the system)

2. I feel better since doing this as mentally I'm achieving my goal so it allows me to feel better about myself.

3. I have an occasional dull ache in my balls >.< I'm guessing from all the jizz I'm storing up but ill keep an eye on it.

Ok so I'm 10 days in and it feels like it's been a helluva lot longer!

Today so far has been tough, woke up this morning and the first thing on my mind was sex/p0rn and having a w@nk. Needless to say I haven't but it was tough!

No other noticeable changes to me.

true. porn is what creates that numbing effect via secretion of excess dopamine to "hardcore" visualization.

haha, you fall off quick man. I'm at day 15, I've gone to bed a few times with blue balls, but I was able to get some action in there so I don't have it too bad. Just get some plates spinning and you'll save yourself some temptation. Believe me I've had some.

Oh my god dude, blue balls is so uncomfortable. The worst is when you google "how to relieve blue balls" and everyone says "sorry bro, you just gotta finish the job", lol. I packed some ice into my drawers once but it didn't help much. I just had to ride out the day with a terrible ache in my left nut. Every time you sit...bend...it just reminds you.
