When they say....... "You're such a boy!" -Not a good thing "You're such a guy!" -Kind of a good thing, you're on the way... "You're such a man!" -You're there!

How do you respond to this? Sometimes i like them, and honestly, sometimes i dont. How do you give them a good answer? a c+f answer? Getting them to this point must mean i am doing something right, cause they are usually after me, but after this question.....?? any ideas?
