OK, I worked out between 11:20 and 1:20 today, I'm just wondering if I am eating right in order to maximise any possible gains from it.
9:30am - 3 crumpets with peanut butter, half a pint of orange juice
1:00pm - 2 scoops whey, tube of Smarties
2:00pm - pint of milk, 40g pine nuts...
Why can't we bulk one week, cut the next, etc? You gain muscle one week, lose the fat the next, etc.
I'm finding it hard to understand why a bulking cycle needs to last many months...
Just took some measurements..bit worrying.
Bicep Left 13.5"
Bicep Right 14.5"
Forearm Left 10.75"
Forearm Right 12"
Now, no wanking jokes please, just wondering how the hell this has happened. I didn't think you could gain so assymetrically?
How do you approach this thing? I've been single for a while but have been hitting the gym and am noticing a few more looks from the girls, so reckon I could be successful if I just differentiate myself from everyone else in there.
Also, are there usually more guys than girls, or equal...
I was in my favourite bar the other day, and one of the workers come in and starts speaking to a girl (another worker there, on a break) I've talked to a couple of times.

Was on the beach the other day playing cricket. The ball went over my head and towards two bikin-clad girls who were obviously going into the sea for a swim. The ball was about 5 yards from them, but 10 from me.

I'm away from college for three or four months now. During my time there I've eaten really crap foods and drank quite a lot. I'm now waying just under 200lbs. That is too much for me, despite me being a little bit over 6 foot.
So has anyone else achieved good weight loss? I'd like to lose...
