    I wouldnt say one or the other is better. Do the one you feel comfortable doing. Or rotate them every week or two. If youre an athlete in training for competetion I would consider the dynamic rows. And where shoes when you do them. :)

    You can have your noodles and coke. Just eat them right before or right after your workout and youll be fine. Insulin is blunted during intense exercise. Just cut out the beer, Alcohol is no good on a cutting routine.
