I never complimented women on their looks even back when I was in my prime and could have. It just wasn’t my style. Women can sense the attraction. They already know if you find them attractive.Secondly, that guy's pickup lines are pretty much what they tell you not to do (call the girl beautiful). He just says "Why so pretty?", or "Where'd you get that? That beauty?", or the obviously canned "Hey, you dropped something - my jaw, because you're so beautiful", and it's ON. But PUA gurus tell you not to mention a woman's beauty, but to focus on some tiny detail if you want to give a compliment, like her earrings or something.
I also remember the PUA advice about complimenting on her earrings or something. I never tried that either. While I genuinely appreciate great style/fashion, it would seem gay to say “Hey, I love those boots lol.”
The sub5 guy’s initial joke almost landed. He should have just ejected after that and quit while he was ahead lol.
