I didn't not catch those things, at least the type of stuff you can test for, with the outercourse encounter with the second escort 5 years ago. There was only non-tangible but severe effects.

However, putting yourself at risk for catching those STDs can still have a detrimental effect on your overall mental health, the same way that playing Russian roulette can.
