    Even though you're leaning out, you still have to pump some iron. Keep the supplements. No reason to remove the yolk. Buy eggs, it's cheaper.

    1. Why would you want to deprive your body of something so vital? 2. You're not eating enough. 3. As far as I know, less. There are other sources for fat, like nuts, avocados, eggs et cetera.

    Tried Soy Milk Vanilla flavor.

    I'm also guessing it contains added sugar, in which case, I wouldn't drink it. A lot of people are concerned about phytoestrogens in soy products, you'll have to judge that for yourself. Personally, I drink milk, if that's not an option for you, drink water.

    Work on hip and ankle mobility. When you squat, push through your heels and keep your knees from bending inwards.

    That has nothing to do with the body's ability to absorb vitamins. Put the vitamin pill in a glass of warm water and vinegar to see if it dissolves. A lot of people could benefit from extra vitamins and chance of toxicity is slim unless you take many pills a day.

    WalkingStick made a good post. But you can play around with masturbation and most likely come up with minimal effects, or if you're so determined, start injecting yourself with testosterone, take aromatase inhibitors or better yet, go to a gym, the health section is this way...
