LR/FR: Irrational Confidence turns an L into a W

Debated on whether to post this or not, but whatever, I decided to just do it anyway. Kind of was inspired by @BPH thread on taking L's, and I could post tons of those, but this one is more specifically about turning an L into a W that just happened to me a few days ago.

This is kind of funny because essentially the girl started out by telling me she didn't find me attractive at all, but still ended up fvcking me.

Scenario: We go out once a month with my remote group from work. We are a small tight-knit group that's been together almost 5 years now and lives in the same general area. Sometimes lunch during the workday, sometimes after work, etc.

This time it was after work on Wednesday. We went to a place that is fairly popular that also hosts various other events and after work type things going on and it had a few of them that day in various areas.

We were seated in the main restaurant part of venue and there is this little enclosed area with a doorway but glass walls that has a bar and is one of the "group" areas but you can also go in and get drinks there yourself even if you aren't part of the group (don't ask, I find it kind of weird too).

Anyway, I saw this really cute woman that was having fun with her friends that caught my eye a few times while we were there and towards the end of dinner I looked up and noticed she was by herself at the bar after I watched her friends walked past me. So I said F it...I excused myself and went up to the bar to get a water and while I was there I struck up a short convo with her:

(paraphrased from memory, I can't remember the exact words)

Me: "You are having quite the party here, what are you guys celebrating?"

Her: "Our company xxxx just hit a major milestone and they took everyone out to celebrate!"

Me: "Oh, that's cool. So I have to be honest. Our waitress has been kind of slow getting back to refill my water but that's not the real reason I came over here."

Her: "Oh yeah? Well why did you come over here?" - I could kind of sense she knew what was coming and was giving not great vibes

Me: "I noticed you earlier with your friends having a great time and you looked like a fun person to get to know better, so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm BITG."

Her: "Nice to meet you BITG, I'm xxxx. I have to be honest, I'm not interested. But thanks for coming to talk to me."

Me: "Ah, you have a boyfriend already"

Her: "No I'm single, I'm just not interested. You aren't my type."

Me: "Muscular and good looking isn't your type? Who knew." (Said with a smirk)

Her: "Well, I'll give you muscular"

Me: "Ah, so not good looking too? What a shame."

Her: "No....sorry."

(Looking directly into her eyes like a lion staring at it's prey)

Me: "Well, I guess it's good that I fvck like a champ then. Enjoy the rest of your night xxx." Said with a smile and I walked away slowly with my head up.

She looked literally stunned that I would say something like that, but I noticed after I left that she kept glancing at me as I was sitting at the table. I paid her no mind and thought that was the end of it. Turns out, that must have been marinating inside her brain for a while.

As everyone from my work was getting ready to leave, I was planning to stay just for a few extra minutes trying to see if there might be anyone else worth talking to in the other areas. I was still sitting at the table scoping things out when I noticed her suddenly standing next to me.

She just had this strange look in her eyes and she said "Prove it."

And I said "Prove what?"

And she said "You know what I'm talking about."

So I realized what she was talking about and I stopped asking questions and said "OK. Let's go."

She said "I live 5 minutes away, you can come with me."

So I went with her and spent the next two hours grudge fvcking her into submission.

And after she told me I was definitely right hahaha.

I asked what changed her mind and she told me that my sexual confidence was so fvcking hot that she couldn't stop thinking about it and that started making her wet while she was there and she decided she wanted to find out for herself. And that she knew I probably had a pretty nice body under the clothes to look at.

Then she told me she still doesn't find me that attractive but if I was open to be a FWB every now and then when she is in the mood and isn't in a relationship that she would be up for that. So I said OK, and we exchanged numbers.

Will I ever see her again?

No idea, but at least for one night, i fvcked a pretty good looking woman who initially rejected me, I acted completely unphased and said something so irrationally confident to her that it made her hot enough to reconsider within an hour and then ended up fvcking the sh!t out of her later that night.

I'll take the W while I can and not ask questions.

The lesson? Stop giving a fvck and just say what is on your mind when the opportunity arises (especially if you already took the L).

is that a woman need not necessarily find a man (in this case you) physically/sexually Hot (at least not at first) but if he displays the right vibe/energy and confident attitude versus butt hurt, he can turn it around and get the girl.

OTOH, did you consider it may have been a shyt test? I mean her words were quite blunt (and rather harsh imo). When a woman isn't interested she's typically not quite so direct and blunt about it especially re: his physical appearance.

I’ve done similar a few times, when I’m getting a lot of push back from a chick , or if she’s stringing me along and on the fence. A solid gear shift into the primal can work wonders indeed.

I wonder if this is why they do that..? To test and see if a dude is man enough to cut the sh1t/compress time and pull the trigger …?

I think the main thing I have going for me is that my physique does a lot of talking all by itself and so when I say something like that, it's likely they assume I can back it up. Then the combination of me being bold and unphased at the same time kinda of worked as a sexual c0cktail...at least that's what I think, but maybe I'm wrong about that and it would have worked if I didn't have a muscular presence to me.

I think my shoulders have always been a helper for me because I have had people telling my I have big shoulders or look like a linebacker since I was 12...and then working out and lifting very heavy weights has just added to already big shoulders.

There have been a lot of times when I'm meeting a woman for the first time and she will ask "what are you wearing?" And I just tell her "just look for the guy with the big shoulders" and they always find me.

I guess it could have been, but my read of her body language even before I told her why I came over there after she asked told me she already knew what was coming and just wasn't interested. But could I have misread her? Sure, it's possible. Just my thought was she told me the truth.

Well, to be fair she just said "I wasn't her type" at first, and it wasn't til I pressed further a few times that she said that in a roundabout way.

So I could have just left it at that but since I said I was good looking and muscular she just said "I'll give you muscular" and then I was the one who said "Oh so not good looking too" and she kinda just gave me the "I'm sorry" expression and said "No...sorry". Not in the mean type of way but the "I really didn't want to say that way, but since you asked..."

But again, that was just my read on it and it could have been something else.

But either way, I guess she thought better of it after it sat with her for a while.

UPDATE:

Well...apparently she must "be in the mood" more often than she let on initially because she just texted me and asked if I had any plans for later tonight and if I wanted to stop by.

Hahahahaha...I probably will but I haven't responded yet. I guess being physically attracted to someone takes a backseat to getting fvcked senseless at times

I think this may be one of those situations where it's best to judge NOT by her 'words' but rather by her 'actions.'

Despite her words, to me she does find you sexually attractive but for some reason doesn't want to admit it to you.

Perhaps you initially gave off playerish vibes and she has been jerked around by a few too many times, and so she wanted to maintain control and call the shots by knocking you down a peg, and seeing how you react.

I'm speculating but I do know women who do this.

I could be wrong too of course but I don't know many, if any, attractive women with options who actually enjoy f*cking a man she isn't attracted to.. Let alone initiate it a couple of days after the first.

But notice, she had already rejected you before you came across as "crass".

So, if she ain't interested, it doesn't matter how you come across.

If I don't like vanilla ice cream, adding sprinkles/cherries on top won't move the needle.

Keep in mind that most guys are getting rejected without even using Mode One.

So, by not going Mode One (and being indirect), it wont save you from the harsh reality and sting of rejection.

I mean maybe you are right and it was right time, right place for me to meet her and it wouldn't have mattered.

It's always the right time to be direct (Mode One).

However, be mindful of which variation to use.

Night clubs/bars: Mode One Hardcore.

(As long as it’s socially safe to do that..

She strikes me as the corporate Femboss type used to interacting with submissive and or placid corporate males

You have to remember in the corporate world everything is always very prim and very proper , when you snap a woman out of this world it can definitely be quite exhilarating for her.

I suspect this is what has happened here , that combined with alcohol and inebriated state you've basically put her in a " what if " scenario and curiosity has taken control of her hamster and pu$$y
