Really? May I ask what do you mean by doing all the work? Im not trying to bash you but imo this is a VERY faulty way of thinking.

Firstly I personally cannot imagine living under woman's rule . Especially not a new one...youas a MAN gotta take care of anything that has to do with money..never deal with a woman while being broke.

-she will only do this if your smv is significantly higher. Which means she is unattractive.
-it doesn't force you to make money like a maniac.

The worst thing you can do is voluntarily living under a woman's rule. Cmon now...

Depends on why you get married, if it is because of love ( from both ends ) then it should not really be an issue

but if you get married so you can get laid, like the majority of guys, then yeah very likely you will end up in a situation like you mentioned

but this is not necessarily a problem with marriage as an institution or women, sounds more like a guys problem

By "do all the work" all I meant was her doing all the chasing, being compliant, and generally making things easy for me.

as far as the money thing goes in my experience most women I've dated are willing to split the bill or even cover things completely, like i'm talking 50-50 across the board, sometimes closer to 60-40 or even 70-30. they just do it without any pretense. personally i don't give a ****. if they're gonna offer to pay i'm gonna take it. i don't feel less masculine when she pay for things, if anything I am more likely to feel like a simp when I pay. in my mind, her paying shows investment, and i don't think men give women enough chances to invest/chase. and personally, i can't say i've noticed any correlation between her willingness to pay and her looks. i do notice a correlation with her age; it should be said that if she's way younger than me I pretty much always pay, but if she's around my own my age that's a different story. insisting on always paying for a college-educated career woman in her 30s or older is an absolutely hilarious notion to me.

all that said I do like making the decisions and leading, which I consider to be a completely a different thing from paying.
