Been curious on passport bro stuff for a while. Last couple months been talking to a girl off tinder. Have read so much about scams and what the reality is of this kinda stuff.

Anyone that has actual insight on Ukrainian women/expirience I’d love to hear. Feel free to PM. I’m meeting with a Ukrainian matchmaking website owner on Tuesday just to go over some things about this girl with her, also going to book another consultation with another site to get their input as well.

We have talked about in the next month or so me flying to Warsaw and meeting her there for a few days. Of course with all the scams I’ve read about I’m questioning what could possibly happen worst case. She has sent a picture of her ID and address.

Trying to go somewhere else to hide your flaws never works...they just use you for what they need and then your flaws still cost you in the end.

Not saying I’m perfect but to me the reason to look elsewhere is that my area especially there’s mostly women I want nothing to do with. I had dated a girl that grew up in Novosibirsk about 4-5 years ago and she was the best woman I’ve ever met honestly. Moved away and then died unfortunately but no US woman I’ve ever met was as sweet as she was

Something you have to understand is that these gals are pitched with opportunities to meet men that can support a wife, but they can be quite picky. OK, with all the KIA and draft-dodgers, they've had to become less picky.

Why she’s said let’s meet in Warsaw. Are they really as crazy about scams as I’ve seen? She has sent pictures of her learning how to do hair extensions the last week or two. Wants to move, her best friend just moved away to Belarus. We talk quite a bit. One sketchy thing is we have only video called once. I’ve read all the posts/seen the videos talking about how it could be a guy that’s using a girls pictures but I know it’s not that. She’s sent plenty of pictures in real time during the convo. The video call was set up real quick because she was proving she is real not a scammer since I called her out on something suspicious. Says her dad is supposed to get a new phone for her, but the phone she has now has an issue with the speaker. Sketchy but she does seem shy so maybe just not her thing. My Latvian friend said how she watches 90 day fiancé and the broken phone excuse is very common so this is one thing I’m going to bring up to the experts

Just to show how some of the convo has been. Just realized as I was scrolling through how she said she can’t listen to a song I sent, because of the speaker on her phone being messed up I’d assume so unless she’s really good at keeping that lie in mind then I guess that excuse could be legit.

You live in LA? There should be plenty of fresh immigrants. Find an Armenian, they can be old fashioned. You'll probably get an influx of Iranians too pretty soon. Flying to EE seems extreme when you live in a city of tens of millions.

why dont you just approach women where you live rather than speaking to these obvious online scams? match making websites are obviously a scammers delight

I'd never meet an eastern european online - only ones i dated were from cold approaching and the majority of the time that didnt go well either - its better to spend your time talking to real women in real life rather than putting yourself in a position that could cost you a lot of money

Live in a smallish town in AZ now. Mostly retirees, younger women here either have kids or lots of tattoos/piercings or both. The good quality ones are taken or have a huge ego

Based on that convo, I would say there is a 90% chance this is a scam. Even if the girl is real (these fraud rings are quite sophisticated; they could have one girl doing the occasional talking and 10 guys doing the texting), her ultimate objective is getting you to send her money. Look at how keen she is, despite your one line responses. And she's already implying that she has money issues.

These topics are good. It lets men come here and get told what they're doing wrong. Stop trying to shut down discussions like it's reddit. We're not a bunch of women.

The text exchange would make me skeptical.

There used to be some forums dedicated to this type of dating and what happened once they moved these girls to the USA. I would join those. Sorry, can't remember the names of them.

I remember the general consensus for success in these situations was:
-When you go overseas, have multiple women lined up to visit because some will flake.
-Expect to make a few trips.
-Most will want to get a green card and get married.
-Most will want to visit their family in their home land once a year.
-The language/culture barriers makes it even harder.

With today's immigration climate, I would be concerned she couldn't visit the USA or it would be difficult.

If this was a scam being recycled to lots of guys, it would make more sense to use a cat that looked like any other cat, like plain black or white. Maybe you can use AI or an image search to find any other pics of that cat posted anywhere.
