In a Room full of manipulative People

Lets say, you have to be in a Room with full of manipulative People (But no psychopaths or sociopaths), due to work obligations or it could be anything else. How would you deal with this situation based on the 2 rules:
1. You cannot leave, you have regular hours that you have to attend for 1-2 year, like regular working hours etc.
2. It can be a workplace, school or any other setting that comes to your mind

Think about it man...Women are people too and this whole site is based on trying to get on women's pants for sports fvcking and quick pump and dump sessions. No I cant answer you that, since i dont know the People here. But understanding how female nature works, doesnt make you manipulative it makes you aware and adaptive. It depends on your overall actions, your mindset, your behavior - I personally dont play games, im being authenthic and i also expect that back. Regarding my thread Its not about woman, its more about People in general.

Not sure he possess the gray matter to grasp what you are saying.

To his question and accepting all his assertions as true...there are only 2 ways.

1. Out manuever/manipulate everyone (and make no mistake there are vipers out there who will out play you and punish you for trying).

2. You reset the game by opting out altogether and rearranging the paradigm so all paths lead to you.

Study Trump and Musk. Agree with them or not but they exemplify 2. And as such they are routinely able to rig the game by setting the parameters.

stay focus on structure. it is very difficult or maybe impossible to manipulate someone that understands structure. note and ignore feelings, pay attention to structure.

Just keep everything on record. Emails, meetings summaries, even casual convos if they start pushing boundaries. If they try to manipulate, you go straight back to the paper trail. Never get drawn into emotional debates. It forces them to be professional, which is harder for them than their usual game. Also helps if you ever need to escalate it.
