Master Don Juan
Many women marry men for security and resources, while secretly seeking other men.
The husband provides stability, wealth, and a household, but the children are often fathered by the men they truly desire.
These husbands are usually successful in business, or they come from wealthy families.
Society calls this rare, but I suspect it’s more common than people admit. (we don't have any child DNA test, but we only makes for those we suspect there is a chance of cheating).
Many women want two lives: the public one as devoted wives and mothers, and the private one of hidden affairs.
I myself often get approached by married or engaged women, and in about 80% of cases it happens shortly before they discover they’re pregnant. To me, this suggests that many women want their husband’s stability but another man’s genes.
So I wonder if women ever realize and rationalize the fact, that they talk to themselves, as if to say, "Okay, there's this man for whom I have enormous sexual desire, but I'm with this other man because we have a life plan and a family to raise (possibly with children from his sperm), so I have to eliminate this temptation." What do they do instead?
Some of us men still hold moral values and would never cross that line.
But if someone didn’t care, he would find endless opportunities for sex at any age.
