You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

So to get them, men have to steal them
“You shall not commit adultery."
“You shall not steal."
“You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his male servant, or his female servant, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor's.
there has to be the implicit threat of cheating
General consensus on this, but I don't agree to a woman that stay after cheating.
Worse, I don't agree a man stay after he cheated onher

@Manure Spherian Is there any epub version of that book?

Iron Rule of Tomassi #4
NEVER under any circumstance live with a woman you aren’t married to or are not planning to marry in within 6 months.

It's good to caution clueless men who don't know what they're in for or lack experience. But otherwise Rollo's "rules" are too dogmatic, specious, and based on fear and low value.

Lots of guys get into and out of domestic arrangements with girlfriends. It is not the end of the world and most dudes survive and move on.

Notice Rollo puts a premium on marriage. IOW he'd rather have the illusion of commitment by fiat than accept that a woman might leave him. And yet marriages dissolve every day. It's easier to get out of an LTR than a marriage, this we know.

Per Rollo: "Moving in with a woman implies commitment, and whenever you commit to anything you lose your two most valuable resources, options and the ability to maneuver."

My status has changed over the years and yet I've never lost either.

Too many supposed RP guys still live in fear of being alone or losing a relationship. You'll be fine no matter what.

The biggest problem with marriage isnt the commitment. That idea is beautiful yet a bit naive

The problem is that marriage is a legal contract and the state and the stupid lawyers and judges get involved. That makes exiting it terrible (very unlike returning a rental car, given the rental contract thread)

Good point!

Getting out of a rental arrangement is usually easy. A divorce is a long, protracted and expensive experience and can turn into a living nightmare if you have a vindictive wife. I would never advise any man to get married.

Hi Ricky,
"stupid lawyers",heard that before...Ever seen a legal Eagle with his bum hanging out of his trousers?...Friend in small Country town with just one lawyer,Wife took him for her divorce.Friend went to see him for advice, sorry but he couldn't act for two but he suggested someone else in the next Town, helpfully penned a referral...On the way home this poor Fellow opened the letter,it read,"Two fat Ducks, you pluck one,I'll pluck t'other."
