For some reason I've lately been regretting a lot of things recently.
Last Thursday had a couple situations I was kicking myself over not saying hi to people,
Then that Sunday had a more life situation where things didn't work out how I wanted and was going over how I could've made the result different
And now this Tuesday I wanted to say hi to someone, but logistics (which in retrospect I could have changed) prevented it from happening and never got the chance to.
So for the last 6 hours or so I've been kicking myself about today, just like on Sunday (until today) I was kicking myself about regret over something else. I feel like it just keeps feeding itself.
Now this is as someone who normally goes through my routine doing things, but for whatever reason every time I "miss" an opportunity (1 out of 7 or 8 let's say) it just continues to eat at me.
Does anyone have advice?
