If I were in Miami....Id be doing the same thing to pick up women in the states...Id be sitting down, parking myself at a Starbucks patio, with my laptop computer and working remote. I'd take my dog with me for company or have a friend for company to talk for social proof. On my break when I see a cute girl passing by, I'd take an opportune chance to say hello and start a conversation. There's bound to be more hotter women in Miami, though I don't know their attitudes compared to South Texas, so I may have to calibrate and change my approach a little bit.
