"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Lately been doing kratom quite a lot. My initial rationalization was that its better than alcohol. Like, you don't do nearly the same amount of stupid sh&t on it like drive drunk, go for fatties at last call, and generally you have more stimulating and interesting convos with people. However, it is technically an opioid. It's been helping me socialize though, like a lot better. Alcohol does too of course but its risky in other ways. I already saw Andrew Huberman's take on it and it didn't look too good.

I think part of the problem in general is that when you live alone, without a sense of community, a weak connection to religion, and kind of going through a dry-spell, its painful to socialize in most cases. This is probably one of the biggest downsides of staying single for a long time as you try to build your money or your ability to travel. It's difficult but nobody said that life was going to be on easy mode just bc you've got some game...

Kind of a rant I guess but wanted to hear some of your thoughts on how you implement kratom if you do, frequency, its effect on sleep, gains, etc...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I use to take Kratom occasionally back when it was still legal. I wouldn't compare it to alcohol, it's more like an opiate. I didn't take it enough for it to have an effect on sleep or other aspects of my life though.

Kratom has absolutely helped me with socializing in the past and I've had some killer nights on it; I always took white vein in low doses which was high stimulatory, gave me some more vigor/vibrance and energy which is what I need; caffeine has a similar function for me.

Ultimately though, I wouldn't recommend it, kratom is just another crutch that can to an addiction, a very insidious one at that. Sure, it's "safer" than alcohol and definitely better for "sharp" game as opposed to sloppy, intoxicated game, but I'd still be very wary of using it.

If you want a better alternative, a kava+kanna combo is great and much safer, Phenibut is another option too (back in its hayday, there were many discussions about it basically unlocking social god-mode) - if you decide on that, be very strict with how often and how much you use.

Yeah, the thing about phenibut is that I think it's lab made as opposed to kratom but I agree, most of this stuff is a crutch for people that are not winning in life or that are not living life in a way that works for them.

The natural vs sythetic argument is very reductionistic. There are plenty of man made compounds that are close to miracle substances, meanwhile there are tons of natural compounds that are toxic or psychologically bad for you, such as pot.

Phenibut was developed in Russia and their drugs are in a class of their own, different standards and much different (but better) pharamacological profiles than American drugs, I am a big believer in Russian pharmaceuticals because they actually work and don't have nearly the same degree of side effects and unpredictability. That said people have abused Phenibut, but first used it over ten years ago and I never once used it excessively.

Another safer and more effective alternative to consider is Selank, also a Russian pharmaceutical.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
