For those that have realty experience,

I see there is great opportunity to invest in rental properties now, through the end of year. I’ve only known the stock/commodities market and hope you can provide drone feedback on where you see the rental property market going.

For RoI investments for max growth, would it be better to invest in a $1M property or $2M?

The lower the cost of each rental until, the higher the roi on rent. But with that comes more maintenance and bad tenants. It's a give and take between profitability and headaches.
