I have dated and slept with Gen-Z girls. As I get to know them, I like to talk about the dating world and the specific interpersonal dynamics between us (what worked, etc). About 80% of them cite masculinity and sense of humor as primary factors that made them interested in me.

I have also had women directly state "I cannot stand guys who act like girls or seek my permission. There is only room for one girl in this duo, and I am already here." They refer to these guys as "wimps, soy boys, nice or weak." It is a amazing how much a woman will tell you once she lowers her guard.

These are just the current archetypes for this generation. Article is filled with contradictions. Claims women don’t need men to play traditional roles anymore and then in the next paragraph praise them for the very same thing. Women are delusional. Always believe actions over words. These are still “bad boys” in a sense but they are not openly know as a$$holes.

I've mentioned before that the MODERN version of a looks wise toptier man might've been deemed as GHEY up until a few years ago( before OLD!!).

Nowadays men with more feminine traits are the symbol of an attractive male. Skinny,great skin ect, great fashion.

I wouldn’t say muscles are the cheat code to getting laid. If you don’t have the right mindset and attractive personality than you could easily end up in the gymcel category.

If you have big muscles and ripped abs, you don't need as good of social skills in order to get laid. The problem might be that there are enough people with big enough muscles but extremely poor social skills, even below the lower threshold of social skills needed when big muscles are present.

As a former gymcel myself, even with muscles you still need to make the effort to market yourself to healthy and emotionally available women and improve your social skills to maintain attraction and be competitive in the dating market. Muscles might open the door, but it wont skip you ahead of the line or get you served.
