What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No it is not. I have been trading that market for almost 15 years now.

After doing it for so long, I can confidently say that trading in general comes down to two things...
  1. You're ability to manage risk and preserve your capital.
  2. You're ability to control your emotional and psychological state.
You can learn all of best strategies to implement but without those two points above, you'll go in circles.

It's kind of like someone giving you a Rolls Royce to drive but if you have no idea how to drive a vehicle, you're going to end up crashing the car.
