With the current shootings do you guys actually feel safe with the training that you've been provided.? If you would if you place in your area what would you change it's been my experience the men and women who have nothing to say are the ones that we should worry about.

Basic Law Enforcement Training teaches you enough to get shot. I'm not fooled by cops wearing full multicam uniforms either. It's a dog and pony show, with the same lack of continual (needed) training. You're better off putting your trust in some hardened, 5x married narc, high on pills, overworked, still underpaid and wearing blue jeans. He's committed to the cause, unlike most of the fatasses and geriatrics wasting away until they pensioned out that I worked with. Most can't shoot properly and definitely can't physically fight someone longer than 40 seconds without going into cardiac arrest or some violent wheezing fit. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes or the buffet? They choose the latter and I can't blame them for it anymore, because most of these "BJJ gym bros" are wannabe politicians running these watered-down, pyramid scheme, sh**shows of a gym. Would these departments reimburse their employees for range reservation fees and/or ammo shot in practice when off duty? LOL, no. Do they reimburse you to attend woke, useless, fembot college courses in your off time? You bet. I moved on quickly to bigger and better after seeing the writing on the wall. I wouldn't want to be a cop right now, would YOU?
