Do women normally go shopping right after the gym?

Is this very common or not very common?

I keep seeing women out shopping at department stores in what appears to be gym attire on the weekends.
Not every woman is dressed like this.
1 out of 9 are dressed in this attire.
There are no gyms nearby these stores either.

This is what they wear:
Bike shorts/tight booty shorts & sports bra. Legs & thighs are fully exposed.

Are they shopping directly after the gym, or are they leaving directly from home like that to get noticed?
I know when I leave the gym, I'd rather go home, take a shower, and change out of my gym clothes before going back out.

It depends upon the type of shopping.

It's realistic to imagine a woman going to the gym and then going to the grocery store after the gym to pick up some items. Many chain gym locations are located near grocery stores. I can cite a few examples in my city.

I can't imagine a woman going to the gym followed by going to mall-type department stores. Department store shopping is a different shopping occasion and shopping experience than a grocery store. It's also possible but not highly likely than a woman will go to a department store and shop prior to going to the gym. That could explain gym attire. I would think sexy gym attire at department stores is an attempt to get validated and possibly attract approaches, but more so the validation.

Well, they always dress to be noticed. But maybe it's just warm weather wear? I remember when I was a young lad when spring came around, I always looked forward to when the girls would start wearing the booty shorts.
