my opinion: I suppose that if the rapist in attractive, it's a lesser crime.
Without having the proper context and records of the case it's hard to give proper commentary. But if the defendant has already claimed guilt, and against 4 women, I do not know how possibly he can get away with it.
It is mindblowing how the justice system is not really uniform and consistent. It is obviously still flawed.
I am super firm on having hard evidence of rape before sentencing anyone. I've seen too many false accusation cases and men's reputations, careers, and whole lives ruined irreparably. But if it does happen, and it does, the person (in this case a man) should be heavily penalized. If it was up to me, his d*ck get cut off and I would make him the jail's designated biatch.
Sexually assaulting anyone is beyond humiliating and destroys lives.
The positive thing about this case, his face is out there. This will follow him for a long time. His reputation is already gone.
He is a target in society now, and that is at least some justice.
