If you're in California, and your condom falls off, you could go to JAIL for "stealthing"!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No, if it slips off it is an accident. There is no intention.

No need to be so catastrophic in your thinking or think all men are victims.

Besides, this will simply be one of those offences for which only the greatest of idiots will be convicted. The only possible way to be convicted is through self-incrimination. Any guy can defend himself simply by saying she was the one who removed the condom. On the plus side, it may encourage some guys to be more responsible.

No idea how something like this could be proven without video evidence. Although would be stressful if some nutter decided to go to police about it, but chances are minimal in reality.

We all know this but this is just one more way to control and oppress men. What needs to happen is equality in birth control. It shouldn't be on all women. They have so many birth control methods. We only have one and it can be defective.

But all I can say about that new "law" is SMH. But not surprised.

Men, stay ahead of the curve.
