Anyone here saw the trailer for the latest James Bond movie? I heard the next movie is filled with woke subliminals.

Theres even talks of rumors of changing Bond’s race and gender. Dude.....that would suck big time, this has been a long process. Not only that, but I read the franchise is in debt.

I’ve always enjoyed Bond movies since I was a kid, my first movie was Goldeneye. James Bond was one of the last bastion of masculinity. Apparently, maybe not anymore.

Keep those classic dvds in your collection guys, cause I got a feeling things are gonna get more censored and woke in the future.

Being a fan of classic Bond (Connery and Moore), I stopped watching after Casino Royale. Even though they've tried making his character more "physically hard and rough," they've ended up making him sweeter and sensitive. I think I watched another Craig Bond after that but had to pretend it was just a generic action film in order not to get too disappointed.

It doesn't surprise me if there ends up being lots of woke in the next film. I kind of expect every mainstream film to be woke or have underlying wokeness. That's why I don't bother watching new stuff, or atleast Western stuff. If you pick a random modern film from Netflix, there's a high chance it'll be wokeish.

The Bond films are actually produced by EON Productions out of the UK, not Hollywood. But, (socialist) UK (primarily London) is just as woke as anyone in many aspects.

I've slowly re-watched most of the older James Bond movies on my home cinema/tablet. Timothy Dalton, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery. This is more because I'm not as familiar with seeing the older James Bond movies re-produced on a large screen (used to watch in a CRT TV with a VCR tape so the quality was way worst than what is possible today). My angle is I like the time-capsule effect of watching older movies like that. Some of the action sequences that were made before reliance CGI and digital effects were amazing and stand up even up to today.

It was a different time and age. Even the "alpha" celebrity actors today start filling in more blue-pill and wokeish roles. Sure, these guys are built and have muscle mass and all of that, but they're just too emotional and edgy these days. Woke morons are incapable of producing anything new or decent. That's why everything woke is a bad remake or unwanted sequel of an existing franchise, with gender and race swapped characters. And then the producers usually attack the audience as haters and -ists when it flops.

To be fair, people attacked Kevin Smith because he straight up lied to them. He went on record saying that it would be about he man and not teela, and then that wasn't the case. It was a bait and switch.

What gets me is that these people don't seem to learn. They make garbage products and when they get called out for making sh!t they then say that it's not for the fans, or they attack the fandom. Except, as you said, the only people who might want to watch it are the fans. Woke people don't care about reality, they just care about their ideology.

I wonder if the "woke people's" heads would explode if someone proposed a woke-ified version of She-Hulk. Call it He-Hulk. It would be that the female actually felt like she was a male and became He-hulk.

On one hand, character gender switches are only allowed when switching from male to female. On the other hand we have to allow a space for transgenders.

Transgender is just double-woke, there would be no outrage except from TERFs.

I try to avoid "woke" movies as much as possible these days. Almost 90% of Netflix flicks are fvcking woke.
