Woman Calls Me At The Mention Of Spending Money To Press Me

This was great, I mentioned the movies, told her I would pay and she immediately called me and tried to press me into the most expensive theater in town Hahahaha... She didn't even make the effort to have a story of like "Oh I've been waiting so long to see this particular movie", just outright trying to press.

It's not the amount of money that's important here, I'd be spending $125 as opposed to $75, but the principle of it.

I have banged this woman many times by the way, this is just a fresh behavior that cropped up, I'm ignoring her completely, probably will for a month, she'll be back.

No doubt, I sometimes just slip, it doesn't always happen but the second I said it and saw her calling I was like Oh No...

I'm more surprised by the cost of the movie theatre - $125? Think the most expensive in my UK town is around $15-20$ dollars per person and thats for upgraded seats in a nice, modern cinema.

We have like VIP here where the theater is like a restaurant with waiters, huge reclining seats, swinging arm tables so you can eat your meal while watching the movie then request they bring you popcorn, etc.. It's like the ultimate date night, I don't do it often at all for a plate, but it's still fun to go, meet other couples, etc, maybe get a number

Another option would be to switch it up and say "actually, I've decided to watch El Chapo on Netflix. It will be even more comfortable."

That way if she is interested in you, she'll come and if she's interested in just spending someone else's money then she'll bugger off (good riddance).

I used to pay 2$/ 500 pesetas to go to the cinema. But that was about 20 years ago. Even today, I know places where you could both catch a flight, stay in a 4* hotel, have dinner AND go to the cinema for that price.
