"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Change. That one simple word. It’s not strength, muscles, poetry, aggressiveness, confidence. It’s change. In life if your not changing to whats working you’re going to be left behind. If evolution favors strength why are animals in the past all extinct. It’s a fact that animals back then were stronger and bigger than now. But they never changed. Many think Darwin said survival of the fittest. Not true. It’s survival of the most adaptable. If your not changing with the times your getting left behind. If a popular rapper stops putting out music they are no longer relevant. Same goes with women. Keep changing and evolving and you’ll get women magnetically drawn to you. It’s literally in their nature

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Survival of the fittest does refer to adaptability, it's specifically genetic fitness. For example larger birds went extinct but smaller ones have even adapted to living in cities and towns.
