Ive been hearing lately alot about the benefits of taking cold showers. Have any of you guys been taking cold showers and how have the results been?

My dad took 30 seconds cold showers for over a year. He claims he never felt better, but I think it's psychological. You do something unpleasant for your health, so subconsiously you want it to help, so your body will act like it helps.
My dad also robs his own urine on his scalp because someone told him it helps against hair loss. Don't be like my dad man.. don't do it.

I tried it for about two months. You do feel better, but I think it is the psychological aspects like mo said. I did it along with nofap and i was shining. I still do no fap and thinking about bringing the showers back . I would say you are more focused and open to the world, but I think that's because of the discipline. You keep conquer things you don't like . No big deal but a good start for the day to wake up and already grinding through uncomfortable situations.
NoFap is something every guy should do. Period.
The testosteron building up in your body. The urge to approach women.. the better the sex is when you finally get one into your bed.

No fap is good. It needs to be no porn and no fap.
One of the keys to success with no porn and no fap is getting laid on a regular basis.

I think the cold has more to do with the body going to survival mode, which produces good hormones, including T. If you put yourself in situations where you are challenged, your body will react accordingly, and usually in a favorable way.
A note on the nofap.....I agree with others that you need to be getting laid regularly or this can have a bad effect, you'll turn into an idiot. If you are single, I suggest just fapping with no porn once or twice a week or so.
