Both require consistency to get good. I cant believe the similarities between the two. You can actually apply getting girls, lifting weights, to other forms of skills or practice you want to get better at.
Lets break this down. This is really smart so pay attention
Those that lift weights to get girls inevitably fail as they rely on external validation. Those who want to get girls to impress their friends will inevitably fail as they rely on external validation. When you rely on external validation you are too focused on the OUTSIDE and not focused on the ACTION itself. Same goes for playing basketball or any other sports. The athletes that truly stand out dgaf about external forces, they only care about WINNING. (read RELENTLESS by tim grover)
When you start with both, you will be awkward, but eventually after a couple years youll find your groove and find your own way of doing things. If you stop, you get weaker and you dont maintain the same results. There is always room for improvement and youll never be satisfied. Both, in order to be great and not "average" require your full attention. The hottest most amazing women will **** test you every hour to make sure youre trust worthy. Yes even after sex. She wants to constantly make sure your the real deal as she wants the best sperm she can get and she knows she can get it by her looks, beauty, and charm. Same with working out. To get to the top, you need to track every calorie, every minute of cardio, every muscle group.
Both, in order to work, require conviction. Today I worked out chest and smoked it. I went back a second time today to do cardio and something in me wanted to test my bench. I went on the incline and my previous max was 285 for one. In the first session i hit 275 for 3 reps and my chest was SMOKED. I decided im going to hit 295. Key word "im going to" not "i will try". It was a grinder but i did it. And my chest was sore as a MOTHER FVCKER. But I did it and damn i felt proud. Same goes with chicks. If you think you can do it, you CAN do it. if you dont think you can do it, you wont do it. Sorry.
What I just wrote here applies to success in general. Stop skipping the steps with silly lines, "what do i say" questions, neg hits, playing games.
Do the work, be consistent, have conviction and the will to win, KNOW what you want, stay focused, think small incremental improvement, have a bigger perspective, think long term. You only have one life, value yourself. Women will notice and will chase you. Funny thing is once you get to this point you wont even want to bang 99% of women as you will save yourself for only the cream of the crop.
