well to be fair, since there is account of people who had covid getting it again, it would mean the vacine would be useless, or like the cold vacine, you need to retake each year, or in this case each 6 months, so again it kinda become the just let who really need to take the vacine, the people who should be quarentined anyway and the others will be ok.

from what I remember tesla used the tesla motor as base and owrked around it, since he could use it without paying(or was pretty cheap)

also in the long run is far more useful you make your own tech, myself I wouldn't go for rocket, but try to go for a upgrade on space shuttle, hell I would try to do a space craft, but the idea of rocket landing is to reuse it without having to dismantle it, previous the rockets when recovered would be dismantle anyway, since they would just melt the metals used and rebuild to make it cheaper to make another, the way he is trying is to do like aircraft with we keep it and just do maintenance work, imagine you ahving to scrap a aircraft every time it flew, plus take note he is a bussiness man, he will amke a show of it if it means he will look good, hence why everything he says or do impact his company, if he was hidden none would happen, so still take everything he says as a show to gather simpathy or good will for him

I dont believe he is a cia operative while I'm totally sure that most hi-tech company as in constant contacts with intelligence agencies for the simple fact that they are a mine of information regarding citizens everywhere...just think about amazon that can collect information about purchasing habits, spending power and even biometric data from those who use certain devices.

If we measure tsla from conventional points yes its strongly overpriced but at the same time we cant judge an emerging company in an emerging sector the same way we would for companies working in stable sectors like trasportation and cars.

Maybe the price will fall or maybe 5 years from now it will be 3x cause that sector will grow, also we have to keep in mind competitive advantages toward competitors for the same business and their softwares are way above.
