Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Aggression at the beginning. If you look at her right eye you will see her self - assumed dominant position. Her left eye expresses an natural resentment position.
Don't be afraid. Shes a kitty cat under all of that. She doesn't like the world she created for herself and it shows. You're going to have to spank this one.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
If she gives you her eyes its better than never making eye contact. Her left eye, as a rule (95%) will express her state. Her right eye is her social eye. Its her fake self that she presents to the world. A little trick I learned. I always look at a woman's left eye first.Okay. I ask because this girl (barely know her) at my gym was looking at her phone, and then proceeded to gave me this look through the mirrors. When I walk past, I can always feel her eyes shoot up at me (once again say she’s looking down at her phone), and sometimes holds the look (I can sense it) but I don’t return the look. Was looking for insight on how I should decipher all of this? Thanks for your time / reply!

The eyes are truly the window to the soul. If the man is a cuckable or you are way out of her archetype, she will not show you her eyes. She will continue looking at her phone. Oh, she sees everything in the room. Every single man. Do NOT look at her when you are working out. That would be attention.
Look between sets if you feel her eyes on you or when you go to get a drink of water or something. But you are there for your workout and the workout is a major part of your life. Shes just a girl. They are all over the place. In fact they outnumber us.
It depends on how you do it. If it's a "dismissing attitude or maybe if she lucky" look away or a whimpy/puss look away. the leader is you. She's just a silly girl.Okay. One last thing. Say I look over at her (as you said between sets) but she was in the middle of a set and happened to return my gaze (I broke contact) Is this positive? Thanks for the insight, man!
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
