He is blaming toxic feminism culture for mocking sexless nerds and think self-improvement advice, such as the one given in the last 36 year old virgin thread, is useless. Interesting read. Honestly, the incel "epidemic" is probably as blown out of proportion as the campus rape epidemic and racial hate crimes. It's not real, it's just that women have latched on to the incel moniker because it has proven to make a lot of men react emotionally. The dating scene is abysmal today, and labeling men as if there is something wrong with them because they can't find a girl does not help with anything. I've already posted on here about this, but I've known of overweight and unattractive women completely disregarding men who are around their league and acting entitled to fit and handsome men. A lot of women truly are delusional today and would rather wait for that perfect man to come, when in reality he would never be interested in them in the first place.

I actually can see a very big difference in the attitudes of women that grew up with social media compared to the ones who were much older when it came into widespread use.

There's living proof that people who are socially awkward can thrive with women, it's just about targeting the right group of women.

Very good points. I know this, that as I am older now, I cannot do the things I want to do. I can't get away with unhealthy pursuits. I can't drink alcohol or "game" or masturbate or watch porn or unproductive exertion without consequence in my face, my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my nose. It drains you, when you are older, to just "do whatever you want to do" or "used to want to do." You have to be selective or face the consequences. I was lookin fine from August last year all the way up until March this year when all I was doing was getting pvssy in August, September, October, November (can't remember, I think I did) with 2-3 girls, then reading books, taking baths, eating healthy (smoothies), working 55-60 hrs a week rain, sleet, or snow. Basically, I was just takin it easy. In March, I got back into old bad habits and now I am still paying the consequences with worse "looks." Women were so attached to me before I fell off the wagon and started abusing myself and doing whatever the fvck I wanted to do. Not good. At my age, you've gotta be the best you can best to win any pvssy (at least temporarily). This week I finally got set up with not my ideal chick, but she's younger and Hispanic/Italian. I'm on vacation and have plenty of time and space. Wish me luck guys. I'm not to secure in my looks as I was 3 months ago due to the binge. Binging on harmful stuff for you can make you INCEL. Sum total over 2 months is high: probably 7-8 times. The most harmful thing for me to do to pass time, at MY age, is to pc game. I try to find other ways to juice my competitive appetite cause that's all that is, not being able to go out due to snow or rain or whatever so I game instead of read or doing something productive, then I get off track. In good weather, I play tennis, or golf, or hike, or yard work, or run 1.5 miles and try to beat my previous times. I'm going to play racquetball tomorrow cause it's still raining and cold.

Interesting points. If I look at movies after midnight or into 2:00 am then it shows on the body the next day. I have this "drugged-out" look that not even a mug of coffee can cure. If you look "out of it" you can't get a non-verbal rapport which you need before landing a convo.

You had to look hard in the 90’s to find the single mom with multiple baby daddies. Nowadays I would bet 1 in 4 women have kids by multiple guys. And they are top of the food chain and command just as much as anyone else from the average joe trying to get laid.
