Now of course, the SCOTUS case that struck down anti-sodomy laws would make this ridiculous law moot - and the whole point of this law seems to be for the pro-abortion crowd making a point - but it does make me wonder if femynists would try to get a law like this passed. I mean, they are making robot brothels illegal, and that's essentially the same thing.

But, in all seriousness, I was thinking more like Zekko above. Feminists would want males to masturbate as much as they need to so that the sub-Chadlites would be too "drained" to hit on them. The last thing they want are horny "creepers." This is also why feminists probably won't seek to ban porn. Keeping the less attractive guys "numb" is the key.

I'm not sure such a law is realistic. First of all, public fapping is already illegal in most, if not all jurisdictions. It's called public indecency.
Otherwise, an unenforceable law is not worth the paper it's written on. If someone faps in their bed-sheets at 4:00 am in the morning because they can't sleep then how do you expect the state to enforce something like that? Are they going to start putting cameras in everyone' bedroom? Violate privacy laws by using people's smartphones to monitor them? Have mandatory urine tests/testosterone tests?

You need to have a 1984-Big Brother like totalitarian government, where all the citizens are slaves, before a law like that can be even enforceable.
