Sadly, at 36 and with a stressful job, my kawk doesnt get rock hard for long periods of time like when i was 26.

It gets kinda embarassing when I'm with a woman and i have to j3rk off every 3 minutes to keep it hard.

I will admit I've had the same issues. I will also admit that it's very easy to just find some easy porn on the phone and rub one out. That doesn't mix well with age.

Take right now for instance. I quit the porn, girl's been on the rag, but she gave me a blow-job last Thursday I think. I'm waking up again with raging boners now.

I'm of the opinion that it's a mindset too. That's always been my experience. But, getting older will catch up, that's why exercise is SO important.
