Yes. It used to be a felonized offense in some states. This, I do not believe is the case any longer though.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The first video is flawed for 1 guys usually quick swipe with out reading. I do this I just swipe really fast wait a bit and see what matches I would get. Most guys do this
2.it's possible that some of those guys are HIV positive themselves?

Makes me wonder though... the Asian chick in the first video wouldn't strike me as a person with HIV. Maybe I should tone it down

It should be said that HIV is no longer a death sentence, but something that can be treated like diabetes. Still, I would not get involved with a woman that claims to have it.
