"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Why Are Non PUA's So Creepy When Talking About Bars and Clubs?

This is a bit counter intuitive as pickup artists have a reputation, largely well deserved, for being creepy and less than socially skilled.

However, oddly enough, I've found people who know about pickup to generally talk about dating and sexuality in a more normal, non creepy way.

Almost always, non PUA's are immediately inquiring into my sex life, how often I pull from a club, and immediately asking extremely personal questions right away, even guys who barely know me. It feels super creepy and invasive. It goes something like this:

Them: "yeah man, let's go to bar x, meet some chicks."
Me: "cool man, bar x is really good."
Them: "yeah bro! I totally want to go!"
Me:" I'm going there friday"
Them: "hey man, how many girls have you ****ed from that place? ha ha ha!"

Saturday:
Them: "aw man, I fell asleep. Did you **** a girl?"

It's almost always some variation on this theme. Any time I mention a bar, they want some sort of penthouse forum story from me every time I go out or else they won't go out.

It's difficult to understand how lazy and voyeuristic most males are. They'd rather hear a story second hand of some girl blowing me in the bathroom than going out and trying to get laid themselves.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There are a lot of creepy guys out there. My flatmate (female) shows us some of the messages she gets online and it makes everyone feel quite ill. Cheesy, overly-'romantic', super-complimentary. And those are just the more sensible ones.

The main things 'game' (or whatever) teaches are psychological and emotional independence from meeting people. It's kind of tragic how debilitated a lot of people are by their own physiology and socialisation.

RSD does a bit about 'what's creepier than learning how to talk to girls? - not knowing how to talk to girls'

When you break it down it's no wonder most guys don't know how to 'game'. Maybe they missed the boat in high school and college - either they were dating someone consistently or they took a job that didn't allow for it. After that you have the maybe 1 night each weekend where they awkwardly get **** faced and maybe work up the courage to tell a girl she's pretty and ask to buy them a drink.

Most guys just aren't exposed to it long enough. They 'luck out' on some mediocre girl friend and stop going out by the time they're 25. Happy to play the too young doting husband figure bumbling around Ikea on a weekend instead of doing cool stuff.

It just reminds me that I'm surrounded by uber low quality people. Low quality stock. That's the simple fact of the matter and it's depressing. Here is what they're doing:

I see acquaintance out, don't know him well, don't really want to talk to him, put him on 'ignore.' He stares at me and says 'hey, you're jim's friend.'

I chit chat out of politeness, but don't want to talk to him, he's weird and vaguely hostile on a couple of previous occasions. He tries to pick up the conversation with 'so what brings you here?'

Clearly, trying to bait me into a sexual topic so he can mock or judge me. Basically, he's a passive aggressive faggot.

It's just these small but constant reminders I live in a sh1tty town with low quality people.

Why can't guys just talk to girls like they're people? They are people, after all. It's true that there is an extra dynamic at play, the male/female dynamic, and the potential for attraction. But guys turn it into this weird "game" thing.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Because if you want to **** them then you have to go about things the right way? Most guys talk to girls like people - it doesn't get them laid on a regular basis.

Interesting theory, I'm not sure I agree with it though. Guys who struggle with women don't really talk to them like people, they talk up to them like they are pleasure angels or something. Half of game seems to be based on not treating them like they are better than you.

I suppose I should be flattered since these guys think my life is like penthouse forum lol. They live in a state of fear though. A fear of rejection, and a lack of confidence that they can get results. It's still creepy as fvck though ha ha.
