"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

My ex-girlfriend and I had been separated for six months now over third party. She cheated on me and it took me months to forget about the pain she had caused me. Yet, it seems like I still haven’t moved on because just recently, I found myself chatting with her. Luckily, she replied and now we’re exchanging late night messages and even good nights. Every time I am chatting with her, I can feel a foreign feeling inside me. Is that even normal?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Thank you for this. I guess I should stop myself from replying to her messages.

Ghost this broad. Let her feel the pain; give her the privilege of missing you.

Unless you like repeating the process over and over of how it felt when she cheated on you, stop responding to her.

I would even let her know by saying "You know, I appreciate you reaching out, but this just doesnt feel right for us to be talking after what happened and I think I need to keep moving in a different direction. Take care."

Chances are she will get p!ssy through a final reply, but dont budge. She is only mad because she isnt manipulating you and cant get your attention by feeding you bread crumbs.

The other option is this, if you want to only fvck her again: "Clearly we are not good for each other in a relationship, but if you want to come over and have a drink and hook up, let me know".

Only do that IF you can handle the balance of fvcking her without getting attached to her. Its also a slap in her face that you only see her as a piece of @ss at this point and is a win/win for you if she comes back with "Oh is that all I am to you"..........
"Yep, after you cheated on me, thats all we can be....fvck buddies".

If she bites you get laid. If she doesnt, you emotionally win because you just put this chick down 20 notches on the totem pole and she knows it.

When you´re completely over her, pump and dump her just for kicks. Also if possible, bang one of her hot friends just for kicks.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
