It seems that a lot of my acquaintances/friends I know who have been long-time single or divorced have been getting married to dumpy Latinas. It's almost as if these are the only American women who are not hypergamous.

I have a few friends who married Latinas. They seem to be the happiest of all the guys I know and the longest lasting marriages thur far. A lot of the Latina's in my area seem to have that old school relationship ethic "hypergamous". Except for one of my boys who dated one. She cheated on him, gave him hpv, lied about her age. Told him to stay away from her within weeks of him dating her cause I read thru her bs. Even after she cheated he still wouldn't listen. He hated me for being a truth teller as all he did his whole life was pay for sex, its all he knew. So after a 15 year friendship he decided that girl was more valuable. He abandoned all his friends to never hear from him again. That was almost 10 years ago. Found out he ended up marrying her along with having 2 kids.

Are those guys happy? Those same dumpy Latinas might be very submissive, helpful, loving, will cook clean etc.

Regarding Latino women, I have found that many of them are more grounded in their traditional culture as it pertains to the male/female dynamic. Respect, loyality, importance of the family unit, etc.
At a certain point a woman's personal qualities can overcome her looks. It All depends on what you want…

Some of those values are beautiful . Treat her good and her confidence and beauty will grow .
