ok me again the clingy guy who got ghosted hahaha. anyway I met a plate the other day and had mindblowing sex last night so I'm officially "over" the ghoster chick lol. ok with that being said I left some stuff over Megan's house the ghoster chick. how do I go about getting it? its 2 tickets to a concert that I'm taking new plate to and some other items that I absolutly need. now she isnt responding to calls texts snapchst etc. shes not even reading my snaps completely acting like I dont exist for no reason at all. even reached out to her friend to same situation she didnt even read my Facebook message even though she has clearly been on. am I salty about this? absolutly. do I know its over? absofvckinglutly.

I need to get some things left at you place, these are (list them and where you think they are) please put them in a box outside your door and I will swing by and pick them up (time/date). Also I will leave anything that I have of yours at the same time. If you can't do this please call me back ###-###-#### and we can make other arrangements, but the tickets are time sensitive since they are on (date). "

That is it... then swing by... if the box isn't there you have no choice but to walk away without your sh!t, write it off and learn from this going forward.

Call and leave a message if she doesnt answer. If she answers tell her this. If she doesnt answer, leave the message and ALSO send the exact same thing in a text so you have documented proof:

"Hey its Ryan. I am going to swing by tomorrow around 5pm. I need to get my stuff back, including the tickets. Leave them in a box on your porch and when I pick it up I will put your stuff in there as well. If its not there I will contact the police. Thanks and have a nice day".

Thats it. If its not on her porch when you tell her youre swinging by, call the cops. Ask them to kindly give her a call to persuade her to give you the shyte back.

If not, you can probably find her and her new man in the exact section, row and seat numbers as your tickets were for the concert.

In order for her to be held accountable legally, you are going to need to have her admit she knowingly has the tickets in her possession.

If you threaten her with calling the police, she will respobd that she doesn't know where your tickets are. If you then file a police report, she will shred the tickets.

I suggest you ask for your stuff back and give her a time and place that you will pick up your stuff, as suggested earlier. Then mention "as you know, I left the tickets to x concert at your house. I plan on attending the concert, which is on DATE at TIME, so I would like to get the tickets back and find someone to go with. Is leaving my stuff in the porch at X time on Y day going to work for you? I will leave your stuff as well"

At this point it might be worth it to go a little bett and add "unless you still want to go with me?"

Remember, the goal is to get her to ADMIT she HAS the tickets. You already have proof that you purchased them.

Get her to admit that she has your stuff and/or the tickets and, if she refuses to play ball, call the cops and let them surprise her with a visit.

If she doesn't respond to the text, call the cops and discuss your options with them, and follow thru on what you can.

I'm not sure you'll get traction with the police.

If you are in any sort of major metro area the cops have bigger fish to fry than tracking down your personal items. So don't expect a speedy response from the police.

She may not respond, she may use the tickets, she may sell them.

I'd consider it a loss and drive on. Try the strategies above if you like...but it sounds to me like a cause that is already lost.

I am wondering why OP bought these tickets and didnt buy the available event insurance.

Since most tickets are bought online, I have a hard time believing that one couldnt just call and say they were lost and have new ones issued. Or just go back to the link and print out new ones.

She's already a lost cause. I'm in no way suggesting he take her BUT if he send her the request for his stuffs mentions the tickets are there and can he get them, then suggests they go together anyways, if she accepts the invitation she is essentially admitting she had the tickets. That's proof.

If she says "sure, I'll go" he can always ask for his stuff and the tickets back before the show, and then ghost hey the night if the concert by being a no show to pick her up and snap chatting who he is with at the concert.

Like I said, he's already lost her, but utilizing the police will be easier if he had a text admitting she has the tickets

NO! Do not call 911 for this. Do not tie up the 911 dispatchers and system from other emergencies with this. There is a better way:

Find the non emergency police number and call that. Nearly every 911 center has a non emergency number that will get you to the 911 dispatchers, BUT, it's only answered after real 911 emergencies are handled first.. By calling that number you are telling the 911 dispatchers "I need to talk to police but its not an emergency". Then tell them "I would like to speak with an officer about an issue with someone who has some of my property". Then talk to the officer either in person if they come to you, or by phone if they call. The officer may tell you "This is a civil matter, nothing I can do" which is true. However, as others have also said, the officer may be willing to give her a call to try and persuade her to give you the stuff but if she refuses the officer will not have any legal authority to force her. This will all depend on how big of a jurisdiction this is and how busy the officers are with more important calls.

Would be pretty selfish though to think that concert tickets or whatever this is would be more important than somebody trapped in a burning building, A car wreck with serious life threatening injuries, a crazy ex-girlfriend stabbing her ex-boyfriend with a knife, a guy getting ready to jump from a bridge because his wife just ruined his life, all of those things that 911 are supposed to be used for other than this.
