"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Could taking a vow of celibacy be useful in a man's "self-renewal"?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

When our focuses lay in certain areas anything can be done. Self improvement in the deep facets and caverns of oneself is more rewarding than simply busting a nut.

I once went on a no speaking challenge for one month - It was fascinating what pieces of perspective I was able to extract from that experience. Taught me how to be a fantastic listener and I have since carried that over in to my waking reality.
So locking down ones own d!ck for the greater good of oneself would be a cake walk, I think.

When we’re able to channel our energy in to something with a great motivation.. anything, and I mean anything, is possible.
If you truly wanted to, and your ‘why’ was strong enough. You could easily go get 100 numbers from women in the next two hours.

Locking down your **** won't improve your D1ck game. And that's part of how you feel as a man .

Locking your dyck down for a restructuring may make sense. If historically it's set you back or put you in bad positions. Locking it up while you rework your priorities will let you focus on what needs to be done . I was just saying a multiple year "celebacy" will kill your dyck game and kill some of your enthusiasm for life .

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

It's never necessary but I think it can be powerful. If you have control over yourself and can say no to sex, it removes sex as a bargaining chip with women. You'll make better decisions, you won't be manipulated and you'll have zero neediness. For me, taking an intentional break to monk mode my mental health, career and game, ramped up my success to the next level. I did this after I had the basics down. That said, it's really subjective and depends on where you're at and whether or not you think it could have value to you personally. For some guys, there might not be a point. But it did teach me I do not need sex to be happy and I have taken that with me ever since.

Initially your hand was forced, lol?
Cute. Divorce is never fun. I still do not joke about it. Thus, I recommend to all who will listen not to get married. The woman one marries is not necessarily the same woman you divorce. It's a fvcked up and outdated system that needs to be forgotten. It was originally setup for keeping property and assets within a family as well as procreating. Now, it's just a prison sentence with a signed certificate from the State.

This day and age it indeed is part of a Babylonian system. I'm a very optimistic person by nature too .

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Nah. Doesn't really work. Because, if you're a decently attractive but lacking in game guy, they pull you back in somehow, and the cycle repeats. Story of my young adult life.

Basically, girl does your head in, you want time to yourself, next girl starts taking notice, you get enticed, girl does your head in ---> you want time to yourself, next girl starts to take notice, ad infinitum.

Compound that with serial monogamy mindset, and it really was just a completely awful way to go about this business. I don't recommend it.
How did you break out of the mindset?
