“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

the difference in your face is crazy when you have a thicker muscular neck with a low body fat chiseled face...plus you look so much better wearing fitted stylish clothes. The face looks way more masculine and rugged.

huge difference maker in stress relief also...feel so good when you're done

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

My neck is hella muscular and my face is super lean too. Very strong subtle features in me, especially because I’m getting slightly more hollow cheeks as I get older.

One of the things to get rid of a bloated face, or at least tone it down is to drink a lot of water and eat foods high in potassium (bananas, carrots, etc), since they get rid of sodium.

Science has not caught up with facial musculature. I know of only one double-blind study monitoring the results of facial exercises over 120 days.

Consistent facial exercise is significant, as it increases higher cheekbone volume, decreases lower-cheek buccal fat volume, tones the philtrum region, increases the width of the masseter muscles giving you a squarer and thicker jaw, tones the jawline structure, neck, and submental-fat region, augments the width and thickness of the chin, and overall, brings greater symmetry to the face.

Although some do facial exercises by virtue of squeezing their face during high-intensity compound movements, some do not.

One product that I found superior for facial exercise than exercising alone is the Jawzrsizer. Commit to 10 sets of 100 reps per day, and in 90 days you will see a marked improvement.

Also keep a clean diet with low-glycemic or low-inflammatory carbs (see Paleo diet) primarily and drink one-gallon of water day to minimize bloating and accentuate your facial aesthetics.

Doesn't work with women under 30, apparently.

I've always scoffed at the idea of facial exercises. Partly because at least with regular weight training, you gain strength. With facial exercises, it's purely aesthetic. I guess it makes sense that it could work though.

Do you not care about you look ... even for yourself? OR do you fall into the social construct of only "gay" men care about their appearance?

Here’s for all you dudes out there that want to see changes. I’m fairly certain the blond kid is actually a model so the ropes and tricks and techniques are legit for him:

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I never gave much thought to facial exercises, I was never convinced they would actually work. Like you said, there are few studies on them. I guess it kind of makes sense though.

With weight lifting, everyone always says "Lift for yourself, lift for good health, lift to get stronger, not to get women". You don't get that secondary (primary?) benefit with facial exercises, so I've never really thought about them.

I've only come to the realization lately that they do work.

Whenever I take leave from the gym, I see a significant difference in facial aesthetics even when I do cardio with low bf % and no weight training. As I have always lifted heavy in compounds (bench, deadlifts, squats), facial muscles were naturally worked ancillary to.

Ever notice, especially as you age, that if you have a lot of chest mass and take a leave from the gym, your chest sags like a woman's. Yes, bltch tits for a man outside of aromatization (estrogen) is flab. Now imagine the appeal of a flabby face to dimes.

Like you say though, a lot of these facial aesthetics are naturally the byproduct of low body fat and a good fitness level. So if that's the case, would the facial exercises really be necessary.

With regard to those videos, we've all heard about defined jawlines, but I've never heard before that "hollow cheeks" were desirable. I guess they go along with low body fat.

For men, the fullness of the cheekbone should start from outside the under eye area and down to the middle nostril area. Below the middle nostril, the buccal fat region, this area ideally should be hollow as so:

Yes, facial exercises are a byproduct of an intense exercise regimen, but this is presuming your exercise routine is truly intense.

The reason why you lift is to get stronger and big muscles, right? It’s to mimic the alpha males from pre-technology eras. Well those males got their muscles via strain and stress. Think about what happens when you exert yourself very hard, what happens to your face and neck? Your face gets contorted from the effort and your neck is strained with veins bulging out. That is the neck and facial exercises several millennia ago. Very indirect, but there nonetheless. These exercises are just mimicking that in the same way the gym works bodily muscles.
